Really good Stay!
wide selection early check-in city view
The breakfast buffet offered a WIDE selection of items. Everything was fresh. The staff ensured my early check-in request was accommodated, i appreciated that. My room included a city view. It was pleasant to wake up to that each morning.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated. Some machines required maintenance.

The front desk staff was quick to address my inquiries, i appreciated their promptness. Room service delivered within 30 minutes. The service was quick and efficient. Concierge assistance with local directions proved invaluable.

The room included a mini-fridge, stocked daily with complimentary water and soda, nice. The bed had quality linens, contributing to comfortable sleep. The room also had blackout curtains, effective.

The breakfast area featured both indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was AMAZING!!! Fresh juices and pastries were highlights of the morning buffet. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant offered great views.

wide variety egg order central location powder coffee
the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. there was also a chef available to prepare eggs to order (i especially liked the omelets!).
the hotel's location was not very central. i often needed to take a taxi to reach various attractions. the room lacked a coffee machine with capsules (it only had powder coffee).

not quite living up to the hype
street sounds minibar charges
the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
I found the noise levels quite disruptive. Street sounds seeped in even with the windows closed. the minibar charges were a nasty surprise upon checkout. I wasn't informed about costs beforehand and it significantly impacted my budget. it felt sneaky and left a sour taste.
